What we store
- Your dealership account, users, and roles.
- Vehicles your buyers save to the Watchlist and the appraisal snapshots that go with them.
- Notes, status changes, and assignments made inside the portal.
What we don't store
- The browsing history of buyers who install the extension. Nothing leaves the browser until a buyer clicks Add to Watchlist.
- End-consumer or seller personal data beyond what's public on the marketplace listing.
Multi-tenant isolation
Every record is scoped to a dealership. Database row-level policies prevent one dealership from reading another's data.
